This workout will help you focus on your leg turnover and get you more comfortable with speedier intervals! Note that the 200’s are at 5k effort, which is slower than the Mile effort for the 400’s. The shorter distances in this workout provide a good opportunity to crank up the pace a little bit. As always, make sure you are warmed up before dialing up the pace in speedwork.
