Our group meets from March through October at tracks in the Denver Tech Center area. The track club workouts will usually run about 45-60 minutes with our usual warm up and cool down so that everyone is finished by or before 7 AM. The club provides a fun, laidback, and supportive atmosphere to work toward a new PR or just get in a great workout.
These workouts are designed to complement your training and help build overall fitness. In order to maximize results, speed work should only be a component of your overall training (1-2 days per week). If you need help constructing the rest of your training, we will work on that too! Our workouts vary each week and will target different elements of running and racing. Here are some examples of our usual workouts: tempo runs, hill repeats, fartlek runs as well as various interval and ladder track workouts.
