March Madness is here! Survive and advance is what it’s all about this time of year. Play one “game” at a time and work your way through the bracket. Start with #1 seed 800m @ 10k pace and then do 100m worth of walking lunges (100m is pretty far, so downgrade to 50m if you’re a little rusty on lunges). This workout only scratches the surface with lunges and planks, but both should be added to your weekly routine for optimal results.
